Yin & Yang in the Magical Mountains of Costa Rica. We enjoyed the fabulous surrounds and settings of The Retreat Costa Rica a wellness distination that exceeds all expectations. Co-host Heather Ruth, Serenbe Yoga.
Goa India, 2019

Back to Back in BlueRidge. A weekend away to the BlueRidge Mountains. Joy to the world! Higher Vibrations was our theme and we found delight and laughter at every corner.

It was a Trifecta in Costa Rica. We hiked, practiced and found beauty within. Always amazing how the group can come together and bond in just a few short days. A blessing indeed!
