How to get there:  We love the simplicity of this destination as much as we love the serenity and elegance.  Book your flights to SJO; San Jose Costa Rica.  Group transportation will be available for the 45 - 60 minute ride to The Retreat on day of arrival 10/11 and departure 10/17.

Pricing and Accommodations with Three Pricing Point Options: 

• Deluxe Shared Room:  Garden Level with Garden View: Twin or King Arrangements. Cozy and comfortable rooms  with the charm of the home with a private patio to put your feet up and relax.  Early Bird $2399/pp until March 30,  $2499/pp beginning April 1st.   
• Upgrade to Private Deluxe Room  +$500

• Premium Shared Room:  Garden or Mountain Views Queen or King/Twin Arrangements.  Spacious premium rooms have a fresh ocean breeze flowing through. The expansive views of the valley to the Pacific Ocean can be enjoyed from the balcony or sitting area from hanging chair swings.  Early Bird $2699/pp until March 30.  $2799/pp beginning April 1st.  
• Upgrade to Private Premium Room +$500

• Upgrade to a Luxury Loft Room: +$600 for either shared or private Luxury Loft Room.  The luxury lofts are built on the south-facing mountainside with views extending to the pacific ocean. These are the largest rooms at 690 square feet with an open floor plan and high ceilings: give a feeling of floating on the mountain top from every angle of the room. These rooms feature luxurious King Size Beds a spacious balcony and a sitting area adorned with double hanging chair swings. They also feature a large bathtub surrounded by glass for bathing in a setting connected to nature. These rooms can not be converted to twin. 

A Nonrefundable Deposit $650 will secure your space and lock in your early bird discount if made before April 1st.  We have limited upgrades to Private and Luxury Loft accomodations.  So please pay for your upgrade with your deposit if you want to secure these arrangements.  Final Payments will be due on June 15th and will be invoiced separately.  

A note about Shared Room Reservations:  If you don't have a roommate, we will certainly help you find one.  However, if we can't secure one on your behalf  we will have to adjust your accommodations to a private upgrade as we are charged based on shared versus private accommodations.  Thank you for your understanding.

Travel Insurance (we highly recommend as life events can happen and we will not be able to provide refunds)
