Explore the dualities of your practice and find balance within. Invite the YANG beginning each day with meditation and an energizing Vinyasa yoga practice. Close the day embracing a meditative YIN practice. This year’s retreat also includes amazing cultural and adventurous experiences that will leave you revived and refreshed. We’ll see you oceanside, with a flock of peacocks that live on the premise (wouldn’t be a Yin & Yang retreat without peacocks!), there is boundless beauty and restoration awaiting.
