About The Event

When the soul awakens you radiate light and then you can shine that light on others.

This Fantastic Experience is lead by Nancy Tvedt, Sundara Soul Yoga,  and Gina Shiflett, curator and creater of Sedona on The Rocks.  Nancy & Gina met years ago during their Yoga Teacher Training in Florida. Together they will guide you through a beautiful journey where you can open your heart and mind as you awake to the infinite possibilites within you.  The land of Sedona is magnificent and the perfect location to free your soul as you get back in touch with nature.  When your soul is awakened you live in Truth.  When you align your frequency with that of nature and the amazing vortices of Sedona; magic begins to happen.  You will fee lighter, happier, and simply more at ease.  A shift in consciousness.  Nature never gets in a hurry yet everything gets done in perfect timing.

What is Not Included and What is Recommended:  

  • An Open Mind and WIlling Heart 
  • Airline Flights - Travel to/from your home to Phoenix (PHX)
  • Transportation to Sedona from PHX and return.  We recommend sharing a rental car.  Sedona is approximately 90 minutes from the PHX Airport.
  • Thursday, Friday & Saturday Evening Meals.  We will have a small group so can made group reservations or team up for a potluck cookoff at home. So gather your favorite idea.    
  • Your own Yoga Mat and carrying straps
  • Stable Hiking Boots, Hikers Poles and Day Pack with either Camelbak or container for water
  • Small Personal FirstAid Kit
  • Personal Trip Protection.  If you have to cancel we will make every effort to resell your spot however, we will be financially committed so we can not guarantee a full refund.  Life Happens...please be prepared!
