Explore the world and experience Lefkada Island once known as Ithaca, fabled home of Odysseus.  Today it is a sparkling gem in the Ionian Sea full of history and unique culture.  Using the inspiration of the Odyssey, we will explore our own personal mythos while diving into mindful movment and local mythology for self-discovery.  Mythos takes place at a true retreat setting; a selection of private cliffside villas and dedicated beach bordered by iconic white cliffs exclusive to us as guests of this exclusive destination.  Urania Villa Property was founded in 1920 as family farmland and remains in the family today.  The Ammoudi exclusive beach belongs to the environmental protection network Nature 2000 as a habitat for dolphins and seals.  The beach is completely private accessible only via Villa Property or boat.  The beach is covered with small white pebbles and bits of sand overlooking the horizon of crystal blue and turquoise waters.

Airline Information:

Several airlines fly from the US to London Heathrow [LHR] non-stop or with a single stop [shorter flight than direct to Athens].  From Heathrow, British Airways offers two [non-stop] flights to Preveza — BA0692 arriving 2:40 pm [shuttle provided] or BA674 arriving 4:30 pm [shuttle is guest responsibility]  A 90-minute car or shuttle will get you to the Villas in time for the Welcome Circle.  A second option is to fly direct to Athens and arrange a 5-hr shuttle to the Villas.
